Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, HR documentation, compliance support and HR reporting.

The ideal candidate should be organised, people-oriented, solid in follow-up, and capable of independently managing routine HR activities from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and joining follow-up.
Maintain recruitment trackers and manpower vacancy status.
Handle employee joining formalities, onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee master data and personnel files.
Monitor attendance, leave, absenteeism, overtime and payroll inputs.
Coordinate weekly/monthly payroll-related employee data accurately.
Handle routine employee queries, grievances and workplace concerns professionally.
Support employee discipline and maintain proper documentation.
Track probation,



confirmation and employee performance review due dates.
Coordinate PF, ESIC and other statutory HR documentation.
Manage employee resignation, exit formalities and clearance.
Maintain accurate HR MIS and management reports.
Follow up with departments and employees to ensure HR activities are completed on time.

Candidate Requirements
MBA / PGDM HR / MSW HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
2–5 years of hands-on HR experience.
Good knowledge of recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
Basic working knowledge of PF, ESIC and statutory compliance.
Positive proficiency in MS Excel.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Good follow-up, coordination and problem-solving ability.
Ability to handle employees professionally and respectfully.
High level of accuracy, confidentiality and ownership.
