Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience and be capable of managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Manage candidate follow-ups and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

Preferred Skills
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn,



and other hiring platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Requirements
MBA completed.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience is mandatory.
Experience in volume hiring will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
