Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

Job Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager with robust electrical and technical expertise to manage plant maintenance activities, electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance, and team/contractor coordination.The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical systems and plant equipment while minimizing downtime.

Job Key Skills & Competencies (Mandatory): -

Candidates with strong hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance will be preferred.Experience in a manufacturing/industrial plant workplace will be an added advantage.

The candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of:

Industrial electrical maintenance, HT/LT electrical panels and distribution systems,



Electrical control panels, HVAC systems and electrical controls, Induction motors and other industrial motors, VFDs and motor control systems, Relays and overload protection, Dual starters / motor starters, MCB, RCCB, MCCB and other protection devices, Motor tripping and overload fault diagnosis, Electrical fault finding and troubleshooting, Preventive and breakdown maintenance & Electrical safety practices.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
Ability to lead and coordinate maintenance teams
Good contractor and vendor management skills
Ability to prioritize breakdowns and maintenance activities based on plant requirements
Positive communication and coordination skills
Strong focus on safety, equipment reliability, and minimizing downtime
Ability to maintain maintenance documentation and prepare reports.
