Role & responsibilities
Handle fiber optic infrastructure installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Manage and troubleshoot active and passive networking devices.
Perform cable and network maintenance and resolve connectivity issues.
Provide technical support for IT/Telecom projects.
Identify and resolve hardware, network, and communication issues.
Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and concerned departments.
Maintain technical reports, documentation, and service records.
Ensure proper network performance and timely issue resolution.
Preferred candidate profile
B.E./B.Tech in E&C;, E&TC;, Electrical, Computer, or IT.
3+ years of experience in Telecom/IT projects.
Robust knowledge of Fiber Optics and Networking.
Hands-on experience in cable/network maintenance and troubleshooting.
Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
First Class from a reputed Institute/University preferred.
Male candidates preferred.
