Design and develop architectural plans, layouts, and drawings. Prepare BOQs & quantity take off from GFC drawings. Supervise draftsmen & co-ordinate with clients, engineers, and ensure compliance with building codes, review site progress, and manage project timelines, materials, and design requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Architecture with valuable knowledge of architectural design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office. Solid communication, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with clients, engineers, and site teams while managing project requirements effectively.
