Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: 1 rotational day

About the Role

Dr. Awish Derma Care Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified, friendly, and well-organized Front Desk Receptionist to manage the reception area and provide an excellent patient experience. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to efficiently handle front-office operations in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet patients and visitors professionally.
Manage patient appointments, registrations, confirmations, and rescheduling.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and general patient queries.
Maintain accurate patient records and front-desk documentation.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other clinic staff regarding appointments and patient flow.




Explain basic clinic services, procedures, timings, and policies to patients.
Manage billing, payments, receipts, and basic cash-handling responsibilities, as required.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments and scheduled visits.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Ensure patient information is handled with confidentiality and professionalism.
Assist with daily administrative and front-office tasks.
Handle patient concerns courteously and escalate issues to the appropriate senior team member when required.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Prior experience as a receptionist, front-desk executive, clinic receptionist, or in a healthcare/dermatology setting is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant personality with a patient-centric approach.
