Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist to build and deploy advanced Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions that solve real-world business problems. You'll work closely with Product Managers, ML Engineers, and Engineering teams to develop scalable AI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities
Build ML models for forecasting, optimization, pricing, and recommendation systems.




Develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and LLM fine-tuning.
Translate business requirements into scalable data science solutions.
Perform feature engineering, model evaluation, and validation.
Mentor junior data scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Deploy ML models into production settings.

Required Skills
Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
8 - 12 years of experience in Applied Data Science.
Robust expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Statistics, and Generative AI.
Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI/Anthropic/Open-source), RAG, and model deployment.
