Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of Mono Layer Extrusion machines.
Plan and monitor production as per production schedules and customer requirements.
Ensure proper machine settings, temperature, speed, pressure, and other process parameters.
Monitor raw material consumption and minimize material wastage.
Ensure production of film as per required thickness, width, GSM, and quality specifications.
Identify and troubleshoot process and machine-related issues.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Production Planning teams.
Supervise operators and helpers and allocate manpower effectively.
Maintain production records, downtime reports, wastage reports, and shift-wise output.
Ensure proper housekeeping and implementation of 5S in the production area.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance with the Maintenance team.
Train and guide operators on machine operation and process parameters.
Take corrective action to reduce rejection, downtime,



and production losses.

Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Plastics, Polymer, or related field.
Experience: 5–10 years in Mono Layer / Extrusion Film production, preferably in the versatile packaging industry.
Robust knowledge of extrusion machines, film production processes, raw materials, and quality parameters.
Valuable leadership, manpower handling, troubleshooting

Benefits & Relocation Package

The company will provide the following benefits to the selected candidate:
Total Relocation Allowance: USD 500 per month, as an estimated relocation support amount provided by the company.
Food Allowance: USD 250 per month.
Rent/Accommodation Allowance: USD 250 per month. The candidate's eligible rent/accommodation expenses will be covered by the company.
