We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, supporting recruitment, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes.

The candidate should have positive communication skills, solid organizational abilities, and the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
Understand hiring requirements from department managers.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/recruiter interviews.
Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular recruitment updates.
Coordinate offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.




Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Employee Onboarding & Documentation
Coordinate end-to-end employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Collect and verify employee documents.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Conduct HR induction and explain company policies and procedures.
Ensure employee information is updated in HR systems.

Employee Engagement & HR Operations
Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Address routine employee queries and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Assist in maintaining attendance, leave, and employee-related records.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

HR Administration & Compliance
Maintain HR files, reports, and documentation.
Prepare regular HR MIS and rec
