Total Experience Required: 12 14 years of overall relevant experience.
BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 8 10 years of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services Insurance) experience, within the most recent years of their career, is mandatory.
Location: Open candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi Client, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Engagement Type - Full Time - Permanent
Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

Role Overview
A Senior Delivery Lead with Digital transformation experience gained on complex, global delivery engagements. Exposure to delivering projects in one or two of the following areas: Cards, Payments, Accounts (Servicing), or Security/Authentication. Contact Centre experience is not necessary, as these roles are primarily focused on digital journey delivery.

Key Responsibilities




Lead delivery of digital transformation initiatives across Cards, Payments, Accounts (Servicing), or Security/Authentication workstreams
Own end-to-end delivery planning, execution, and governance for assigned digital journeys
Partner with technology, product, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with strategic digital objectives
Manage risks, dependencies, and issues across complex, global delivery engagements
Provide senior-level oversight and mentorship to delivery teams

Required / Must-Have Skills
Digital transformation delivery experience on complex global engagements
Exposure to at least 1 2 of: Cards, Payments, Accounts (Servicing), Security/Authentication
No Contact Centre background required
