Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Campus Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an education center. The candidate will be responsible for managing center operations, student experience, admissions, staff coordination, sales support, and overall campus performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the education center.
Ensure smooth functioning of academic, administrative, and student-support activities.
Supervise and coordinate teaching, counselling, front-office, and support staff.
Monitor student admissions, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Work closely with the sales/admission team to achieve enrollment targets.
Maintain strong relationships with students and parents and address their concerns promptly.
Ensure proper scheduling of classes, faculty availability, and classroom utilization.
Monitor student attendance, feedback, and overall satisfaction.




Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective delivery of courses and programs.
Handle student and parent grievances and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor center expenses, inventory, facilities, and other operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Prepare regular reports on admissions, revenue, attendance, staff performance, and center operations.
Support local marketing activities, seminars, workshops, school/college visits, and promotional events.
Identify opportunities to improve admissions, student retention, and overall center performance.
Ensure the campus maintains a professional, safe, and student-friendly setting.
