Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Admin Manager to manage day-to-day administrative activities, facilities, employee support services, vendor coordination, and overall workplace operations. The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative and facility operations.
Ensure proper maintenance of office, factory, warehouse, and common areas.
Coordinate housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, and other facility services.
Manage vendors, contractors, quotations, purchase requirements, and service agreements.
Monitor attendance and deployment of housekeeping and security personnel.
Handle employee administrative requirements and grievances.
Maintain administrative records, registers, and statutory documents.
Coordinate maintenance activities including electrical, plumbing, civil, and general repairs.




Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline.
Monitor and control administrative expenses within the approved budget.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Production, Stores, and other departments.
Support audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
Identify operational issues and take corrective actions promptly.

Required Skills
Robust administrative and team management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Vendor and facility management experience.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Positive knowledge of workplace safety and statutory compliance.

Qualification

Any Degree / MBA / PG in HR or Administration preferred.
