Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails
Build and integrate RESTful APIs to connect frontend and backend systems
Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks/libraries
Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following Rails conventions and best practices
Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and migrations for performance and scalability
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the frontend, backend, and database




Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality
Ensure application security by implementing best practices against vulnerabilities like SQL injection, XSS, and CSRF
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance
Manage version control using Git, including branching, merging, and pull requests
Test and deploy applications, and support post-deployment monitoring and bug fixes
Maintain technical documentation for developed features and system architecture
Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in full stack web development using Ruby on Rails
Robust knowledge of Ruby and hands-on experience with the Rails framework
Proficient in PostgreSQL or MySQL, including queries, associations, and optimization
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
