Office Administrator – Lord’s Renal

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative and coordination support to the team.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented and comfortable coordinating with employees, vendors, hospitals and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, supplies, repairs, travel and other office requirements.
Maintain office records, documents, invoices, bills and administrative files.
Manage stationery, office supplies, assets and inventory.
Handle vendor follow-ups, quotations, purchase requests and basic expense tracking.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, meetings and schedules for employees and management.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for recent employees.




Maintain employee and administrative documentation and records.
Coordinate with internal teams, hospitals and external stakeholders as required.
Assist management with reports, presentations, documentation and follow-ups.
Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and action items.
Support general office compliance and maintain a professional, well-organised workplace.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in office administration, administration & operations or a similar role.
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
Valuable vendor and stakeholder coordination skills.
Professional, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing healthcare organisation.
