Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement BIM models for various projects.
Create detailed 3D models using BIM software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Work closely with the engineering team to integrate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems into the BIM model.
Develop and maintain documentation of the BIM model, including drawings and reports.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and schedules.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for BIM modeling.

Job Requirements
Solid understanding of BIM principles and practices, including data management and collaboration.
Proficiency in BIM software,



such as AutoCAD or Revit.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes, with a robust desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Familiarity with industry-standard protocols and procedures, including quality control and project management.
