About the Company

We are a growing solar energy company providing Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Solar Solutions across India. We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our team and help generate qualified leads for our sales team.

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads and databases.
Explain our Residential, Commercial, and Industrial solar solutions.
Identify customer requirements and qualify leads.
Schedule appointments for the Field Sales team.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/software.
Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the Field Sales team to ensure smooth customer handover.

Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate Preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Call Center.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Robust communication,



persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, or similar software).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
