Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery:
Plan and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with CBSE curriculum guidelines for Hindi.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods, materials, and resources to engage students in language learning, grammar, literature, and cultural aspects.
Tech Savvy:
Should know how to work on computer and should be able to create her own assignments and question papers.
Classroom Management:




Create a positive and inclusive classroom workplace that promotes active learning and encourages student participation.
Maintain discipline and ensure a protected and respectful atmosphere conducive to learning.
Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
Design and administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate students' understanding of the subjects.
Regularly track and analyze students' progress, providing individualized feedback and support as needed.
Student Development:
Foster a passion for Hindi language and literature among students.
Provide guidance and mentorship to help students develop language proficiency, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Parent Communication:
Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians, providing updates on students' academic progress and addressing any concerns.
