Budget: 50,000 net take-home per month

Industry Experience: Commercial facility management experience is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day soft services operations at the commercial facility.
Supervise housekeeping, security, pest control, landscaping and other soft service activities.
Manage manpower deployment, attendance, grooming and discipline.
Ensure service quality and adherence to SOPs and client requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and monitor service performance and SLAs.
Handle client coordination, complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
Monitor consumables, inventory and vendor billing.
Ensure compliance with safety,
hygiene and statutory requirements.
Prepare daily/monthly reports and maintain operational records.
Lead and motivate the site team to ensure smooth facility operations.
Candidate Profile
Any Graduate.
Minimum 6+ years of experience in facility management, with robust commercial facility experience.
Positive communication, client-handling and team-management skills.
Solid knowledge of soft services operations and vendor management.
Candidates available to join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
