Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for automotive domain positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of automotive specialists
