Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
Oversee the preparation and review of accurate and timely financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual), ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
Ensure the organization adheres to financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards.
Manage the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared.
Financial Control & Process Improvement:
Design, implement, and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
Continuously improve accounting processes,



including the automation and streamlining of financial reporting and reconciliation procedures.
Ensure timely and accurate financial close and reporting cycles.
Budgeting & Financial Planning:
Lead the budgeting process, including forecasting and financial analysis.
Develop and implement strategic financial plans that align with organizational goals.
Monitor and manage the company’s financial performance, identifying and addressing potential issues related to cash flow, revenue, and cost management.
Team Leadership & Development:
Manage and mentor the finance team, setting clear performance expectations and fostering career development.
Provide leadership in a high-performance culture, ensuring the team’s effectiveness and engagement.
Oversee recruitment, training, and retention of finance professionals, ensuring robust bench strength.
