Role Overview

We are looking for a well-groomed, confident, and customer-friendly Store Executive with a positive personality and solid communication skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, presenting products, and contributing to store sales and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with a warm and qualified approach.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home décor products.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and product benefits.




Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure a premium shopping experience.
Handle billing, POS operations, cash/card payments, and basic documentation.
Maintain proper product display, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the backend/store team for inventory requirements.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and basic complaints professionally.
Maintain daily sales and store operation reports.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth store functioning.
