Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Handle ZOHO Books for accounting, invoicing, purchase/sales entries, and financial reporting.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, payment entries, receipts, and expense records.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Maintain ledgers and ensure timely posting of accounting entries.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and documentation.
Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS as required.




Track outstanding payments and coordinate with internal teams/customers/vendors for follow-ups.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and supporting documents.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management whenever required.

Required Skills
2–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.
Solid hands-on expertise in ZOHO Books/ZOHO Finance is mandatory.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Experience in bank and ledger reconciliation.
Good command of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification preferred.
