Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
Maintain excellent customer service standards and call quality.
Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
Meet individual and team performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduates can apply ( 2024 onwards graduate required)
Looking for freshers only.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Solid listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
