Role Overview
We are looking for a B2B Sales professional with 3–5 years of experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology solutions.
The role involves driving sales for a digital audit and compliance platform that simplifies audit planning, execution, scoring, reporting and non-conformance management.
The candidate will identify prospective organizations, engage with decision-makers, conduct product demonstrations and drive conversions.
The role requires strong business development, consultative selling, negotiation and relationship-management skills with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales and current client acquisition for a SaaS-based audit and compliance platform.
Identify and connect with audit firms, internal audit teams, compliance teams, risk teams and corporate organizations.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, referrals and other outbound channels.
Research target organizations and identify opportunities for digitization and automation of audit processes.




Understand customer pain points around audit planning, execution, documentation, scoring, reporting and non-conformance tracking.
Conduct product presentations, discovery calls and SaaS product demonstrations.
Communicate the product's value proposition and business advantages to prospective clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting → qualification → demo → proposal → negotiation → closure.
Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets. 1.5 Requirements

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
Experience in SaaS, enterprise software or B2B technology sales preferred.
Experience selling solutions to audit, compliance, risk or finance functions will be an advantage.
Strong track record of lead generation, client acquisition and deal closure.
