Job Role - Plant Purchase

Location: Baner, Pune
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
Industry: Manufacturing / Automobile preferred

Key Responsibilities : -
Handle PR, RFQ, quotation comparison, and PO processes.
Identify and coordinate with vendors/suppliers.
Negotiate price, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Procure plant spares, MRO items, consumables, tools, PPE, and services.
Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Maintenance, Quality, Finance, and Logistics.
Monitor supplier performance for Quality, Cost & Delivery (QCD).
Resolve delivery, shortage, quality, and documentation issues.
Maintain purchase records, vendor data, POs,



and procurement reports.
Support cost reduction and vendor development activities.

Required Skills -
Vendor management & negotiation
Knowledge of PR, RFQ, PO, GRN & invoice process
SAP B1 & MS Excel
Plant / manufacturing procurement knowledge
Positive communication, coordination & follow-up skills
Ability to handle urgent requirements

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
