Technical Lead Full Stack Engineer About the Role

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for your squad, owning day-to-day technical decisions and ensuring alignment with broader engineering standards.
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using:
.NET (C#) for backend services
Angular for front-end development
DocumentDB for data persistence
Lead feature design and architecture discussions by translating product requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
Conduct thorough code reviews focused on:
Performance
Security
Readability
Adherence to best practices
Drive adoption and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or similar tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design stakeholders to align sprint execution with broader technical strategy.
