Roles & Responsibilities
Meet the consultants, architects and industrial areas do regular visit and build relationship to get recent business to the company.
Identify new markets, sectors, and strategic business prospects at a national level.
Sales target should be achieved and based on that incentives will be given. Monthly sales target is mandatory for the monetary perks.
Oversee end-to-end business development activities including lead generation, proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.
Work closely with the Board, Managing Director, and senior leadership to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
Set revenue targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for business development teams.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales and BD teams.
Evaluate and approve commercial strategies, pricing models, and risk assessments.
Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and industry developments.
Represent the organization in high-level client meetings, industry forums, and strategic negotiations.




Drive long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction at executive levels.
Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
Review sales pipelines, forecasts, and MIS reports for leadership decision-making.
Ensure governance, compliance, and ethical business practices in all BD activities.

Key Skills & Qualifications
Must worked in a MEP Contracting company
Should have experience in A Grade Electrical Company
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
15+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategic roles.
Proven track record in driving large revenue growth and market expansion.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic vision with strong commercial and financial acumen.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
