We are looking for a qualified Student Counsellor to provide qualified counselling and support to students and promote their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group counselling sessions.
Understand and address students personal, emotional, and academic concerns.
Conduct basic psychological assessments and provide appropriate guidance.
Maintain confidential case records and prepare reports for sensitive cases.
Support student well-being through counselling and awareness initiatives.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for appropriate support and referrals.
Qualification & Experience:
Masters in Psychology with specialization in Counselling/Clinical Psychology.
PG Diploma in Guidance & Counselling or RCI qualification will be preferred.
Minimum 2 years of relevant counselling experience.
Experience in college/university student counselling will be an added advantage
