Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage and support end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and client invoice follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, organizational, and coordination skills, with the ability to independently handle multiple HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.
Handle hiring for various positions and ensure timely closure of open requirements.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Manage onboarding, induction, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Handle day-to-day HR operations, attendance, leave records,



and employee-related documentation.
Address employee queries and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve HR-related concerns.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, recruitment trackers, and management updates.
Ensure HR policies, processes, and documentation are followed effectively.
Coordinate with clients regarding invoice submission, payment status, outstanding invoices, and regular invoice follow-ups.
Maintain proper records of client invoices and coordinate internally with the finance/accounts team for payment reconciliation.
Follow up with clients for pending payments and provide timely updates to management.
Build and maintain qualified relationships with candidates, employees, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Support management in various HR initiatives, employee relations, and administrative activities.
