Desible.ai is a compliance-first enterprise AI voice agent platform built for regulated industries. Our proprietary SLM and observability layer power millions of customer conversations for insurers and financial institutions. We are live across 20+ insurance companies and actively expanding into Banking, Financial Services, and NBFCs.
About The Role
This is Desible.ai's first dedicated enterprise sales hire, based out of Mumbai. You will be the in-person field presence supporting the CBO (based in Bengaluru) — going on-ground to push stalled deals, manage existing insurance and BFSI relationships, expand accounts, and open current conversations.
This is a relationship management and deal-execution role with revenue targets, not a conventional current-logo-heavy sales role.
Key Responsibilities
Own in-person client engagement across assigned insurance and BFSI enterprise accounts — primarily in the Andheri, Dadar, Kurla, and Thane belt
Drive deal progression by navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles (functional heads, COOs, CIOs, CTOs, procurement teams)
Build and maintain trusted CXO and senior stakeholder relationships across life insurance, general insurance, and BFSI clients
Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Manage the full sales cycle independently — from discovery and scoping through commercial negotiation and closure
Run ROI-driven consultative conversations and executive presentations
Act as the voice of the customer internally — relay market intelligence, client feedback, and competitive signals to Product and Leadership teams
