Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Direct Sales Manager to drive business growth by acquiring recent clients through direct sales efforts. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in selling white-label software solutions, IT services, SaaS products, or custom software development services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting meetings, understanding business requirements, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities through direct sales and field sales activities.
Identify and approach startups, SMEs, enterprises, fleet operators, mobility businesses, and corporate clients.

Conduct client meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and sales pipeline in the CRM.
Coordinate with the technical team during the pre-sales and proposal stage.
