We are looking for a Studio Designer with robust print and digital design skills to join a agile, growing creative agency. In this role, you will deliver high-quality design assets across digital and print platforms while ensuring brand consistency and production excellence. You will collaborate closely with the Studio Lead, contributing to creative conceptualisation while executing production-ready designs for global brands.

Requirements

Location: Bangalore (Remote initially, moving to hybrid: minimum 3 days in-office)
Experience: 2+ years (recommended for production-ready design expertise)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Department: Studio & Creative Production
Qualification: Graduate in Design, Visual Communication, or related field

Must-Have Skills:
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
Solid knowledge of print design, layout, typography, and color management
Experience designing for social media, email, landing pages, and digital marketing




Ability to prepare print-ready files and manage quality assurance for print outputs
Image retouching, color correction, and resolution optimization for print assets
Robust attention to detail and commitment to high production standards
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Creative thinking and structured problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality digital and print assets including social posts, banners, brochures, and marketing collateral
Maintain brand consistency across formats and platforms
Perform image retouching and preparation for print production
Contribute to the creative development of projects alongside the Studio Lead
Ensure meticulous attention to detail in design outputs, especially for print
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital and print design
Support the studio team in executing projects on time and to a high standard
