To work with students who have a wide range of speech and language issues and help them overcome such issues through therapeutic intervention.
To evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
To treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
To provide training and education to family/caregivers and other professionals.
To work collaboratively with professionals from many other disciplines.
To suggest stimulation exercises to parents to continue activities at home.
To suggest making low cost and indigenous training materials useful for the therapy·
To take classes and provide training to other health care specialists as required·
To involve parents and family in the treatment, review and rehabilitation of patients·
To conduct parental workshops and forums·
To develop educational materials on speech and language·
'To involve in monitoring speech therapy services in LVPEI’s network·
To involve and actively contribute in research work
