We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Sales Manager to lead the Business Development and strategic promotion of Trinity Touch's Industrial Plug & Sockets (IEEE), and the broader EC (Electrical Components) range. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, supporting the sales team, and driving market expansion through technical knowledge, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
Own the full lifecycle of Industrial Plug & Sockets, and EC range from market research and concept development to launch, positioning, and post-launch performance tracking.
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, recent prospects, and threats.
Define product roadmap based on customer feedback, technology trends, and business goals.
Create and maintain technical product documentation, datasheets, and application notes.
Market Intelligence & Research
Gather, analyze, and present competitive intelligence and industry trends.
Conduct market research and customer visits to understand product applications, pain points, and current use cases.
Customer Engagement & Support
Collaborate with customers, Contractors, and Consultants to understand specific project needs and propose suitable product solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling technical feedback and providing after-sales support.
Coordinate with the product development team to translate customer feedback into product enhancements.
Go-To-Market & Sales Enablement
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the Plug & Socket product line in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
Provide technical support and product training to regional sales teams, dealers, and channel partners.
