EDUCATION
Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable
Degree in Business or Finance a plus CERTIFICATIONS WORK EXPERIENCE
Experience in Back-Office, Middle-Office or Trade Support operations
Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills




Practical knowledge of market practices and standards
Proficient product knowledge of one or more asset classes desired FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
Proficient understanding of the trade lifecycle and mechanics, transaction workflow, asset classes and booking methodologies
Basic experience with managing robust reconciliations and controls
Exposure to reconciliation and controls processes
Exposure to practical utilization of commonly used tools or techniques in the markets and/or treasury space FOUNDATIONAL SKILLS
