Sampada Equipments, Karad is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, following up with leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting enquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
Explain products, features, pricing, and suitable solutions to customers.
Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
Convert enquiries and leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales.
Build positive relationships with customers and provide a smooth sales experience.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales or a related role preferred.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-oriented and confident in handling sales conversations.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Candidates who are enthusiastic, proactive, and target-oriented are preferred.
