Your Role

As a Senior Software Engineer 2, you will be the bridge between visionary strategy and technical execution.



You will mentor a talented squad, drive the technical roadmap, and ensure our systems remain fault-tolerant and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Architect: Own the design efforts for our cloud platform, ensuring every solution aligns with future scalability and our long-term business objectives.
Technical Roadmap: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to establish and execute a technical vision that drives the product forward.
Strategic Breakdown: Simplify complex business requirements into transparent technical specifications, manageable milestones, and high-quality deliverables.
Drive Excellence: Proactively manage functional and non-functional criteria; when outcomes misalign, you are the catalyst for change.
Mentor & Cultivate: Foster a culture of continuous improvement through rigorous design, code, and operational reviews, guiding the next generation of ModMed engineers.
