The company is seeking a highly experienced National Key Accounts Head to drive strategic growth, develop high-value partnerships, and strengthen the brands presence across the country.
The National Key Accounts Head India will be responsible for managing key accounts, identifying and recruiting new retail partners and investors, developing monobrand standalone stores, and driving profitable organic sales growth. This role combines strategic sales leadership, business development, and partner management across retail, B2B, hospitality and project segments.
Key Account Manager deliverables
Achieve sales targets for each of the different distribution channels (organic and new).
Drive profitability of existing stores by ensuring the right sales mix of products is displayed and promoted by business partners.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across retail, B2B, hospitality, and high-end residential projects.
Recruit and onboard recent investors, partners/operators for monobrand standalone stores.
Expand the brands presence in key metropolitan and emerging luxury markets pan-India.
Key responsibilities
Ensure sales growth within the different distribution channels (partner by partner):
Manage and develop relationships with the key retail partners.
Identify and develop pool of investors, partners, operators for launching new monobrand stores in identified markets
Build solid relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and luxury project stakeholders.
Power of Action:
Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices
Invite architects/designers to head office and factory.
Analyze data to identify recent market opportunities and potential areas for business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (India, IMEA regional and HQ) to provide support for the stores whenever required.
