About the Role

We're looking for a Senior/Lead QA Engineer who can independently own quality across web, mobile, and backend systems, and who's comfortable using AI tools to accelerate test design and execution. This is a hands-on, self-driven role — you'll be expected to set direction on testing strategy, not just execute against a plan handed to you.
Key Responsibilities
Design, write, and maintain functional and non-functional test cases,



leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot, test-case generation LLMs, AI-assisted test authoring platforms) to speed up coverage and reduce manual effort
Own end-to-end QA for web frontend, mobile applications (iOS/Android), and backend/API services
Plan and execute load and performance testing — define benchmarks, identify bottlenecks, and work with engineering to resolve them
Apply solid fundamentals across the QA lifecycle: test planning, requirement analysis, defect lifecycle management, regression strategy, and release sign-off
Drive test automation strategy and framework decisions where applicable (web, API, mobile, and performance test automation)
Identify gaps in coverage proactively rather than waiting for direction; bring structure to ambiguous or evolving requirements
Mentor junior QA engineers and review their test plans/cases for completeness and quality
