Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

Communicate project updates, timelines, and revisions to clients.
Manage client feedback and ensure it reaches the relevant team clearly.
Maintain solid and skilled client relationships.
Identify opportunities to increase client engagement and business.
Participate in client calls and meetings.
Prepare meeting notes, action points, and follow-ups.
Maintain proper documentation of briefs, revisions, approvals, and final deliverables.
Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and quality expectations.
Escalate delays, scope changes, or client concerns to the appropriate team.
