Responsible for dialysis technician training, competency development, clinical process standardisation, quality improvement and digital adoption across the Lord’s Renal dialysis network.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver induction and refresher training for dialysis technicians.
Develop competency assessments and certification programs.
Standardise dialysis SOPs and clinical practices.
Conduct quality audits and support CAPA implementation.
Train teams on RenalOS and digital workflows.
Support recent centre commissioning and technician onboarding.
Develop training manuals,
SOPs and competency checklists.
Support accreditation and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma/B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology, Renal Dialysis Technology or Allied Health Sciences.
10–15 years of dialysis experience.
Minimum 3 years in technician training, competency development or clinical education.
Experience in dialysis quality, infection control or audits preferred.
Multi-centre dialysis experience preferred.
Comfortable using healthcare technology and digital systems.
Pay: ₹237,675.44 - ₹500,000.00 per year
