Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer rollout, and joining formalities.
Handle complete employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Manage and monitor employee attendance, leave, and related records.
Assist the Payroll Team with attendance inputs, employee data, and payroll-related coordination. Prepare and maintain HR documents including Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Transfer Letters, and other HR correspondence.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR databases. Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and processes.
Maintain and update organizational charts and employee reporting structures. Coordinate with employees and reporting managers for various HR-related queries and requirements.
Ensure timely completion of HR processes and maintain proper documentation.
Support other HR operations and employee engagement activities as required.
