Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly and quarterly vehicle sales targets for assigned cluster locations.
Monitor dealership sales performance and retail growth.
Support dealers in lead generation, customer conversion, and market penetration.
Conduct market analysis to identify competitor activities and customer trends.

Dealer Management
Manage multiple dealerships or retail outlets within the assigned cluster.
Ensure dealers follow company policies, branding, and operational standards.
Maintain healthy dealer relationships and resolve escalations.
Support dealer profitability and business expansion activities.

Team Coordination
Guide and monitor dealership sales executives and team performance.
Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure proper manpower availability at dealer locations.

Customer Experience
Ensure high customer satisfaction during vehicle inquiry, test rides, delivery, and after-sales support.
Address customer complaints and coordinate resolutions with dealers/service teams.





Operations & Reporting
Track vehicle stock availability, dispatches, and retail billing status.
Monitor inquiry-to-retail conversion ratios and sales funnel performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

Marketing & Promotions
Execute local marketing activities, roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with marketing teams for brand visibility in the assigned region.

EV-Specific Responsibilities
Educate dealers and customers on EV technology, charging, battery performance, and government subsidies.
Ensure awareness of FAME/state EV policies and advantages.
Support charging infrastructure coordination wherever applicable.

Skills Required
