We are hiring experienced professionals for senior leadership roles in Equipment Finance / Leasing.
Experience: 5–15 years in Corporate Banking, Equipment Finance or Leasing.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage relationships with large corporates, CXOs & CFOs.
Drive leasing business across Heavy Machinery (Plant & Machinery), IT, Healthcare Equipment, Solar Financing and other assets.
Develop relationships with OEMs, vendors and key stakeholders.
Evaluate prospects, negotiate deal terms and build a solid business pipeline.
Work closely with internal teams for smooth deal closure and disbursement.
Preferred Qualification: CA / MBA / ICWA
