Key Responsibilities
Lead implementation and support of Blue Yonder Demand Planning solutions
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning technology.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Configure and optimize core demand planning processes, including baseline statistical forecasting, promotional planning, and exception management
Work on Blue Yonder modules including Demand Planning and ESP
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and IT
Ensure seamless system integrations and data flow across platforms
Support testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live stabilization
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and system performance
Provide techno-functional expertise for troubleshooting and enhancements





Qualifications
Bachelors degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or Computer Science
Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Demand is mandatory
Proven experience in a techno-functional consulting role
Solid understanding of demand planning concepts, including statistical modeling, demand sensing, consensus demand planning, and S&OP; integration
Experience with integrations, data models, and enterprise systems
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
Experience with other supply chain planning technologies (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle SCM) is preferred
