Job Purpose

To manage end-to-end recruitment activities for the automotive dealership, ensuring timely hiring of sales, service, workshop, body shop, spare parts, and support-function employees as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to joining.
Understand manpower requirements from Sales, Service, Workshop, Body Shop, Spare Parts, Finance, and Administration departments.
Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, consultants, and local recruitment networks.
Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical and management interviews.
Negotiate salary and finalize candidates within approved budgets.
Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.

Back-office and administrative staff
Recruitment MIS & Documentation
Maintain daily and monthly recruitment trackers.
Track vacancies, sourcing, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.
Maintain candidate database and talent pool.
Prepare recruitment MIS and management reports.
Ensure proper documentation of recent joiners.
Candidate & Employee Coordination
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Conduct pre-joining follow-ups to reduce offer dropouts.
Coordinate joining formalities with HR/Admin.
