Key Responsibilities:
Conduct NHA, process/product training, nesting, and refresher sessions.
Train teams on E-Commerce Seller Support, marketplace policies, and CRM tools.
Conduct TNA, assessments, mock sessions, and performance-based upskilling.
Coordinate with QA/Operations to identify gaps and improve performance.
Maintain training reports, trackers, and batch performance metrics.
Requirements:
12 years of experience as a Process/Product Trainer in E-Commerce/BPO.
Solid knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or similar marketplaces.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel/LMS and training tools.
Willingness to work rotational/night shifts.Role & responsibilities
