Role & responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and user accounts.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
Perform system backups, updates, and disaster recovery.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintain IT security, antivirus, firewall, and access controls.
Support virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V (preferred).
Document system configurations and IT procedures.
Maintain Asset Register and Asset movement
