Electrical Supervisor

Location: Shrimad Rajchandra Ashram , Dharampur, Valsad, Gujarat
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day electrical and HVAC maintenance and operations.
Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, panels, DG, motors, HVAC systems, AC units, chillers and related equipment.
Lead and manage electricians technicians and maintenance staff.
Troubleshoot electrical and HVAC faults and ensure timely rectification.
Monitor energy consumption and ensure effective operation of electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with electrical workplace safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors and service agencies for maintenance and AMC activities.
Maintain records of preventive maintenance, breakdowns, inspections and service activities.





Candidate Profile
Diploma Electrical or relevant qualification.
5–8 years of relevant experience in electrical and HVAC maintenance/supervision.
Positive knowledge of LT/HT systems, electrical panels, DG, motors, central AC/HVAC systems, chillers, AHU, FCU and VRF/VRV systems.
Solid team-handling, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience in large campuses, institutions, hospitality, hospitals or industrial facilities will be preferred.
