Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Windows & Linux servers.
Administer IIS, Apache, and NGINX web servers.
Support application hosting for .NET, Java, and Python applications.
Manage Microsoft Azure resources and Docker settings.
Handle Active Directory, Group Policies, user access, and permissions.
Monitor systems, manage backups, patching, and troubleshooting.
Support DNS, DHCP, SSL certificate management, and basic network administration.
Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
